§ 33-242. Cross connection inspectors.

Inspectors performing cross connection control duties within the city must be approved by the city manager, and shall meet the following requirements:
(1)

Be employed by or be an independent contractor for Waxahachie; and

(2)

Meet the requirements set out in Waxahachie's SOP, or as amended.
